These are one of the most useful items for your bug out bag.

The Method of the day for Survivalists:

Howdy… Jason here and it’s very useful to have several extra pairs of sock in your bug out bag.

They take up very little room and are amazingly versatile.

Wearing dry socks at all times is vital to avoid fungal diseases, blisters and other foot problems.  So having a few spare pairs will ensure you can keep your feet dry at all times until you are able to wash and dry the wet ones.

And, if you don’t have any gloves, socks make a very serviceable replacement.

And you can use a sock, filled with charcoal followed by sand and then grass to filter and cleanse dirty water.  Using two will double the amount of water you can filter.

In addition, a sock filled with sand makes a formidable weapon in an emergency.

It’s often said that ‘Knowledge Is Power’.

So, whether you like looking after your car yourself or don’t know the first thing about what goes on under the hood, but want to be confident you’re not being ripped off by your local repair shop, then you need to arm yourself with this formidable weapon.

It is the latest technological breakthrough in motor vehicle diagnostics and you can check it out right here.

Happy motoring!
